Marketing consent

Clause version: 2026-07-31-v1

Below is the full text of the consent you tick in the report order form and in the free-tool forms. It is entirely optional — declining it has no effect whatsoever on your order or on the generation of a free report.

Consent clause

I consent to the processing of my personal data in the form of an email address by Eldermind Labs for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information about Eldermind Labs products and services, including new reports, diagnostic tools, educational material and promotional offers.

This consent covers the sending of commercial information by electronic means within the meaning of Article 10 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, and the use of telecommunications terminal equipment within the meaning of Article 398 of the Act of 12 July 2024 — Electronic Communications Law.

The data controller is Eldermind Labs. The email address is processed solely for the purpose stated above, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject), until that consent is withdrawn.

Data is never sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It is entrusted only to providers handling email delivery and data storage, under data processing agreements.

This consent is voluntary and is not a condition of entering into a contract or of fulfilling an order. You may withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason and without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

  • The right to access your data and receive a copy of it.
  • The right to rectify (correct) your data.
  • The right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • The right to restrict processing.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

How to withdraw consent

Every email contains an “Unsubscribe” link that removes your address from the list immediately. You can also write to the contact address given in the Privacy Policy — we action withdrawals promptly, within 72 hours at the latest.
